Similar to Alt Tags, the title tag is primarily used by search engines for SERPs. For example, Google Image Search will display an images title tag for the search results. The image title also provides an additional field for entering more descriptive text about the image. It should not be used for Keyword Stuffing as this will negatively hurt your SEO efforts. SEO Rx, however, will make sure your title does not match your alt tag. The built-in image Stack does not have the ability to edit an images title.
